I live for those moments of raw abandonment where anything can happen.

Riannon graduated from the New Zealand School of Dance in 2000, and in 2001 joined the Merenia Gray Dance Company. From 2002-2003 she joined Dance North under the direction of Jane Pirani. Riannon moved to London in 2004 where she danced at the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden and choreographed and performed in The Place’s annual Resolution series. From 2005-2006 Riannon joined Australian Dance Theatre (ADT) under Garry Stewart, performing at the Sydney Opera House, in ADT’s annual Ignition seasons and collaborating with Restless Dance Company to perform Vocabulary. While with ADT Riannon toured internationally with Age of Unbeauty and worked alongside American dance photographer Lois Greenfeld in Held. Riannon has choreographed works for The Place (London) and Dance North’s Extensions Youth Company (Townsville). Since joining EDC in 2007 she has performed and toured in eight company productions. Riannon also continues photographic work with Chris Herzfeld of Camlight Productions in Adelaide.
