Zachary Chant After graduating from The Australian Ballet School, Zachary joined The Queensland Ballet in 2002 and featured prominently in a wide variety of classical and contemporary roles in all productions. Highlights include creating the role of Romeo in Francois Klaus’s Romeo & Juliet, Don Jose in Carmen and The Prince and Drosselmeyer in The Nutcracker. Zachary was promoted to Soloist in 2006 and performed leading roles in new creations by choreographer Natalie Weir including the role of Heathcliff in Wuthering Heights, and the title role in Petrushka. Zachary also performed in works choreographed by international choreographers William Forsythe, Stephan Thoss and Young Soon Hue. Zachary toured with QB to Singapore, Germany and Switzerland. Zachary joined Expressions Dance Company in January 2008.
