The Workshop

Expressions Dance Company’s workshop leaders will come out to your school to conduct the workshop in your teaching space. At the time of your booking, we will decide on a suitable type of workshop for your students. In consultation with you, our workshop leaders will devise the content of the workshop in order to fulfil the particular needs of each school group.                                                                                                                   
The workshops we offer can include:

DANCE STUDENTS
· Contemporary Technique
· Classical Technique
· Composition (choreography)

DRAMA STUDENTS
· Movement for Drama

The duration of the workshop is one hour. Expressions can tailor the workshop to a beginners, intermediate or advanced level, depending on the group’s skill level.

How To Book

It's easy! Simply download the booking form and fax to (07) 3257 7444. Expressions will be in contact with you as soon as possible to issue your invoice and organise your workshop.

Bookings are only available through Expressions Dance Company.  At $20.00 per student this is good value including the performance and workshop. Early booking is essential.

This package is available to schools in:
· Brisbane Metropolitan area.
Minimum of 15 students.
· Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast,
Ipswich and Darling Downs areas.
Minimum of 25 students.

One teacher will be admitted to the performance FREE with each group of 20 students, and accompanying adults can see the performance at a special discounted price of $25.00 (save $8.00). A 50% deposit payment is required in early 2009 to secure your seats before tickets are released to the general public.

Expressions has Education Department approval to conduct workshops in High Schools.
